This notice explains how OffScript may handle information for applications and event participation. Registration is handled through Luma. This notice will be updated as additional event tools and processes are confirmed.
What we may collect
OffScript may collect your name, email, school, grade, application responses, dietary restrictions, accessibility requests, and attendance information. Please share only what is needed for your application or participation.
How information is used
Information may be used to review applications, communicate event updates, manage attendance, coordinate food and accessibility needs, and support event safety. OffScript does not sell attendee personal information.
Third-party services
Third-party tools may process information for registration, email, analytics, or hosting under their own privacy policies. Luma processes registration information under its own privacy policy. This website does not currently include analytics or advertising trackers.
Access + retention
Organizers should access information only as needed for event operations. Retention timelines are being finalized. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion; some information may need to be retained for event administration or applicable obligations.
Students + guardians
OffScript is intended for high school students. Guardian consent requirements and any information needed for that process will be shared before participation. Students and guardians can contact the organizers with privacy questions.
